Our Return to Play plan is approved, our practice schedule is set up, and ice is scheduled to go in so we can get back on the ice October 13th! It’s exciting times!

As we continue to move forward, we have set the registration fees for this season. Details below:

  1. Each family will be sent an invoice detailing their registration fees by October 10th. You will be able to view this via your Team Snap account.
  2. Payment:
    1. When you receive your invoice, DO NOT pay in full.  “Pay by instalment” is turned on and everyone is required to pay the registration fees in 3 instalments (due October 12, 2020, January 4, 2021 and March 5, 2021).
      • IF things change during this pandemic, this will ensure you have not paid too far in advance.
      • If the COVID-19 pandemic rules force the arena to close, within 30 days after each payment due date then a prorated credit will be applied to your account. More details on refunds here.
    2. Payment is made via credit card only.
  3. The NOHA has mandated that U7 to U11 (tyke to atom) have two ice practices each week. These players will pay a slightly higher season fee cost as they benefit from double the ice time which we will roll out in two phases (increase one this season and then again next season0.
    • The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 87 is sponsoring the majority of this fee for the U7 (tyke) players!
  4. Registering more than one player? You will receive a Multiple Player Family Discount:
    • $100 discount for the second player from the same household.
    • $50 discount for each additional player from the same household.
    • Multiple Player Family Discount not applicable with Timbit players.
  5. Volunteer Commitment Fee & Super Draw Tickets fee needs to be paid once per family.
  6. The NOHA increased their fee this season. There is no NDHL fee this season.
