Active 1 Source for Sports accepts bulk and individual orders.

Bulk Orders: Team Managers will arrange a bulk order at the beginning of the season. If the team has enough interest, the manager may organize additional dates throughout the season. Your order form and payment to your manager must be received by their provided deadline or your order will not be placed. Bulk orders may receive reduced pricing - this will be confirmed once the order has been received.

Individual Orders: If you missed the bulk order deadline or want to order on your own (this includes family or friends looking to surprise their favourite player with a gift!), orders can be placed at any time throughout the season. Simply download the order form, fill it out, and email to Denise at active1denise@gmail.com. E-transfer, credit card and payment at the store (cash, debit, credit card) is accepted. Pickup or shipping options will be confirmed during ordering.

Received orders will be fulfilled within approximately 10 business days.

Orders can be picked up at no cost at 15 Armstrong Street North, Temiskaming Shores.

Shipping is available at an additional cost, custom to the order - confirm shipping options at the time of order if not picking up.
