Calling all hockey fans – you are all invited to cheer on our youngest players during their annual Jamboree!

The annual Kirkland Lake Legion 87 Timbits Jamboree is February 5, 2022. Players aged 4-6 get to play in mini games and will need you there to cheer them on.

Please note, you must enter/exit the main doors at the arena and provide your QR code for COVID-19 proof of vaccination along with original ID (photocopy or picture of ID accepted for those 17yrs of age and under). Paper or digital copy of QR code accepted – full COVID policies here.

 

Coaches/Parents:

Each game is 20 minutes in length. The horn will sound every 2 minutes to signify a line change.

Please ensure your team is on the ice and ready to play at the start time on the schedule. The horn will sound at the start time to begin the game.

Each team should have a coach on the ice with their helmet, skates and stick.

To keep an easy flow and avoid traffic jams, we ask that teams enter the ice from the visitors bench and exit from the home bench (closest bench to the scoreboard).

Coaches will be provided with a box for their teams which will include a packaged lunch and drink sponsored by Pettenuzzo’s Your Independent Grocer, medals and a lucky player award from KLMHA.

Covid protocols are in place, one parent per player in the dressing room to assist with dressing. Once the player is ready, the parent is to leave the dressing room. Coaches will remain with players. Masks are required at all times other than while on the ice. Coaches must wear masks on the bench. Please review the ull COVID policies here before you arrive.

We recommend that players bring their skate guards so that between games they can social distance in the stands.

Room 1: Englehart
Room 2: TS Sharks, TS Oilers, TS Canadiens, TS Bruins (back dressing room in room 2 will be open)
Room 3:  TS Capitals, TS Sabers, TS Predators, TS Coyotes, TS Ducks (back dressing room in room 3 will be open)
Room 4: Iroquois Falls
Room 5: Kirkland Lake
