Due to the province-wide shutdown that goes into effect April 3, 2021, we regretfully have reached the end of our season for all teams. Thursday, April 1st was the last day on the ice.
It’s been the most challenging year for not only the Executive, Board, coaching staff, and all other KLMHA volunteers but for all of our hockey families, as well. Thank you for your understanding and patience through the difficult and changing times and for your enthusiastic efforts in keeping your kids active and healthy during this COVID-19 pandemic!
In addition to being on the ice for practices and games, we are grateful we were able to get some version of regular-season highlights in, including an alternative “banquet in the form of successful Skills Competitions (maybe that will become annual!) and even hockey pictures.
Our Executives will be working diligently over the coming weeks to figure out your final invoices and credits, etc. We thank you ahead of time for your patience – we have never had to do anything like this before so it will take time to make sure things are done correctly. If you have not submitted your Volunteer Tracking Sheet to ɢᴇᴛ ʏᴏᴜʀ ᴄʀᴇᴅɪᴛ, the 𝕕𝕖𝕒𝕕𝕝𝕚𝕟𝕖 𝕚𝕤 𝕟𝕠𝕨 𝔸𝕡𝕣𝕚𝕝 𝟡𝕥𝕙 – 𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕣𝕖 𝕨𝕚𝕝𝕝 𝕓𝕖 𝕟𝕠 𝕖𝕩𝕥𝕖𝕟𝕤𝕚𝕠𝕟. Awards will be done in a similar fashion to last season. Details on where and when will be sent out at a later date. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be scheduled and details shared on our Facebook page.
